The warranty period starts from the date the order arrives and expires at the end of the warranty period.

Note: The warranty does not cover the following cases:

(1) Failure to provide legitimate proof of purchase, receipts or invoices, or where there is reason to believe that such documents have been forged or tampered with. Lost or stolen products

(2) Any failure or damage to the product caused by unauthorized use or modification of the product, including exposure to moisture, entry of foreign objects (water, oil, sand, etc.) or improper installation or operation

(3) Product labels, serial numbers, water damage marks, etc. show signs of collection or alteration

(4) damage is caused by uncontrollable external factors, including fire, flood, strong winds or lightning strikes

(5) does not affect the performance of the product, scratches or wear and tear

(6) Exceed the warranty period

(7) Free of charge for the product

(8) Other cases specified in this policy
